Write from the address you previously used to contact us. Identify the relevant correspondence or information and explain what you want deleted. No account or player ID is needed: this website currently has no accounts or released games. Never send passwords or payment information.
What happens next
We may ask for limited information to verify your request. We aim to respond within 30 days, or the period required by applicable law. We will explain any permitted extension and confirm the outcome.
Deletion and exceptions
We will delete eligible information, including relevant correspondence, and involve service providers where appropriate. Legal obligations, security needs or disputes may require limited retention. Backup copies may remain until their normal expiry, with access restricted. We will explain applicable exceptions.
Your device and other providers
Clearing your browser’s cache removes local website copies, but does not remove emails or server records. Independent providers control information held for their own purposes; you may need to contact them separately. Read our Privacy Policy for context.
